Godwin Josephat Makombe is a Tanzanian visual artist with over ten years of experience specializing in pencil and ink drawings. His artistic journey began at the age of eight, inspired by his mother who taught him how to draw. Godwin's style combines realistic pencil sketches with a growing passion for cartoon-inspired pen illustrations, often centered around themes of ethical living and positive societal change. Drawing inspiration from school competitions, community support, and real-life events, his work reflects a deep commitment to using art as a tool for education and transformation. Currently a Form 5 student studying PCM, Godwin aspires to pursue architecture in the future while continuing to use his talent to impact lives, both locally and internationally.
